Laura Araneda is a highly accomplished professional with over 20+ years of experience in the Drilling Industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the prestigious University of New Brunswick, followed by a Doctorate of Letters in 2014. With an impressive track record spanning over 2 decades in the mining and drilling industry, Araneda has established herself as a renowned leader and has consistently been recognized as one of 'Canada's 100 Top Female Entrepreneurs' for the past four years.
Currently serving as the CEO of Hit Drilling, Araneda operates in an intensely competitive market and understands that prioritizing quality, safety, and environmental responsibility is what sets her company apart. She is deeply committed to conducting drilling operations with utmost care for the environment, employees, and host communities, ensuring that everything is done right.
Araneda's remarkable achievements include being nominated for the RBC Female Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2010 and 2012, as well as being voted among the Top Profit W100 Canada's Top Women Entrepreneurs in 2010, 2012, and 2013.
